Some take real well but like any model some are not so good. I ahve noticed a few with high miles that sell real cheap and are said to run well (5 cylinders), I personally have not owned one and had issues with trusting it as it is a 5 cylinder and felt it needs to tried & true first and have yet to buy one now because they seem so easy to damage, not like a real truck body more like a soft sports car body.
