NSS on 99 curris, where do I find it

My 99 curris won't start and I have changed the
battery and it the starter clicks. But I can't find the
neutral safety switch

IF THE STARTER CLICKS THEN ITS NOT THE NSS..IT DIDNT START AND THATS WHEN YOU PUT THE BATTERY IN??OR WHAT.. IF ALL IS WELL WITH THE BATTERY CHARGED..LOAD TEST..CABLES..GROUNDS .. Yea, I have a problem with just answer the question, his being where is the neutral safety switch...lol
