SEIZED UP AND NOW I CANT GET THE REST OF THEM TO TURN AT
ALL IVE TRIED EASY OUTS I HAVE TRIED LUBRICANTS BLASTERS
ANYTHING UNDER THE SUN AND WELDING ISNT AN OPTION
BECAUSE THEY ARE INSIDE THE BLOCK WITH NOTHING STICKING
OUT I REALLY REALLY NEED A GOOD IDEA HERE ANYTHING THROW
IT AT ME

You may be down to drill and tap as an only option my friend.

I would take it to a machinist and let them deal with it. A spark erosion tool might be the solution. https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=fxx5lIGesjg

Ask a machinist about that one as it is a highly specialized tool. Even drilling and tapping should be left to a good machinist because if you drill crooked you will ruin the block.

EVERY MACHINE SHOP I HAVE CALLED TELLS ME THAT THEY PROBABLY CANT GET THEM OUT I GUESS WE HAVE BAD MACHINISTS AROUND HERE

ITS A STEEL BOLT IN A CAST ALUMNUM BLOCK IS THERE ANY KIND OF SOLVENT THAT COULD DISSOLVE THE STEEL AND NOT THE ALUMINUM?
