1989 Ford Festiva Clutch/Wont start

Car ran fine. Turned off. 15 min later Wont
turn over. Pushed in clutch turned key and
nothing...not a click or any noise. Battery
good. Rolled down driveway and popped
clutch and starts. Have to do the Flinstone
and push to start lol

There is a switch on the clutch pedal that sends power when you push the pedal in so it well turn over. Have the switch checked out. Some times it can be adjusted and work fine. Or have it replaced.
