How much would one pay for a honda civic 2008 (used) with 71,000miles?
I saw this car on the side of the road that was for sale. The price the person
was asking was $7,500. The car is a honda civic 2008 (used) with around
71,000 miles. I was wondering if the price can be bargained for a lower price?

It depends. If the price they are asking is fair they may not be willing to negotiate.
Just be reasonable. Don't just throw out a number. Go look at the car and see what you think. After driving it you may find it needs some small repairs like scratches dings tires ect., or there is something missing. Do your homework with other competition. If your reasonable and have a good reason they will be more willing to negotiate with you. don't go by Irodri911 This is a private seller not a dealer it's not the same way to ask for a discount on a car with low miles and is sought after like a civic.
