Speakers not working when Fade/Balancer is in the center

Question type: Car Customization

Aftermarket head unit, aftermarket speakers, were
working for a day then gave out. Only work when i
fade to rear speakers. SOS?

My guy removed the amp as my head units coaxial outlets were toast so hooked up the speakers to the head unit harness, and yes speakers are all new and subwoofer is working correctly, please help before I blow something out. @Tom
