I have a 2003 grand marquis ls and my air stopped working I can hear it turn on just doesn't blow out the vents what could be the problem

If the refrigerant levels are low or borderline the AC compressor will cycle on and off. Before taking it in for service just check a few basic things: check blower motor operation (low to high) - turn temp. selection to HEAT and fan to HIGH, do you get a strong air flow?
