2004 durmax drinking coolant

I just bought a 2004 durmax coolant light keeps
saying low coolant there no leak I keep putting
coolant in it runs fine does not over heat .

If you keep adding coolant, it has to be going somewhere. No visible leak, so it has to be going out the exhaust, indicating a internal leak like a head gasket. Have a professional diesel mechanic check it out.

i drop it off this morning at the dealership ran fine all the way there just said low coolant never ran hot drove just fine .
