Help how do I bleed my Monte Carlo
properly

I have put a radiator water pump intake gaskets hoses sensors and thermostat on 2000 Monte Carlo !! I have bleed the coolant system out! It runs great for a day or two!!! Then the next day I started it and drove just a mile and it over heated!!! Please help what else could be wrong? Am I bleeding they coolant system right? Please help!!
