96 s10 missing

Asked by Rmason16 Nov 12, 2015 at 08:13 PM

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2.2 truck runs but as soon as you push
on the throttle it will start to misfire real bad
but if you ease into the throttle it will run
smooth. It's like only if it's under a load and
a little load at that, that it will miss. I've
changed the coil pack, plugs, wires, fuel
filter, air filter and still does the same thing.
Any ideas?

Wouldn't hurt to clean the mass air flow sensor
