02 cadillac deville why when i turn to the left my wheels turn hard ! But when i turn right its easy.if i lift frond end off the ground the wheels turn easy both ways .I've replaced most of front end

it is the rack and pinion the inner seal on that side is leaking and allowing fluid to go to that side. when you turn it you fight the fluid pressure on that side. when the car is off the ground there is less pressure because either the pump is not running because when it is lifter you dont have the car running or because the pressure and resistance of the ground.
