I have a 1992 Chevy Lumina sedan that isn't starting. There is spark and getting fuel and all fuses are good. Please advise.

The engine is getting fuel and there is spark.  Also the fuses were checked and they are all good. Please advise ASAP.  Thank you.

If you are positive that it is getting fuel and spark the only thing that will cause it not to start now is a broken timing or teeth missing on belt or chain or a clogged catalytic converter.
