I have a 2009 Ford F 150 that will not shut down when I turn the key off radio stays on but air conditioning will shut down I have to pull the fuel pump fuse and unhook the battery cable

I have an 83 Ford LTD Crown Victoria. The fuel pump stays running when the key is on. Is this normal? The car will not start. Hi guys, I have a 2008 honda accord that sputtered and then shut down on me while driving. Now whenever I turn the key it will start for about a sec or so and then shut down immediately. Any ideas? 3 Answers
