I have a 2001 dodge grand caravan. The other day I pushed a car with while being low on oil and now I have a knocking noise. Is it a spark plug knock please help

If it was low on oil, the knock you hear isn't from the spark plugs. If you filled it back up with oil and you still hear the knock, then you most likely damaged something inside the engine. The only was to know is have a shop tear down the engine. Now would be a good time to trade it in before it blows.
