Ok my jeep has a 4" lift it is wably in the ass end and front a little if I put 2" wheel spacers on it will that help it out

Wheel spacers will not help stabilize it. There is a problem. Jack up the jeep and check to see if the wheel wobbles. Take the tire off and shake things to see if something moves. Lastly, Get underneath and check the suspension for loose/broken pieces.
