Safety first, get it looked at because there are also plastic fuel lines under today's vehicles, it is probably time for your fuel filter anyways

If you drove over it briefly, I'm sure it won't be an issue. There shouldn't be any wiring running underneath the car, aside from maybe a few in the side rails. But for future reference, do not drive over fire!
