Why is it that Cargurus sometimes doesn't rate price? I see identical models with ratings, but then some other cars without an opinion on price expressed.

You have to provide all of the following: car, zip, mileage, transmission and options to get a price analysis. (http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/sell-car/)
