my 1990 Toyota camry keeps blowing the brake fuse does anyone know how to fix this

put fuse in and when I step on brakes it blows the fuse.

Unfortunately, you will have to trace your tail light wires and figure out where you have a break in the wire. It sounds like it is grounding out on the frame.
