How can i fix the horn on my 1999 ford f250 super duty? The horn keeps going off by its self.

Does it go off only when it's not being driven and doors locked?

something in the steering column is grounding the horn wire, or as dandyonn suggests it may be an alarm being triggered, in which case just unclipping the wires at each horn will still drain the battery as the security will be activated although quietly,
