97 Oldsmobile 88 will die and all of the gauges go way up and then down?

It restarts, but has done this when I am driving it...scary, scary. Anyone had a similar problem? It has 90K miles on it. Newer battery, new serpentine belt, newer battery cables and spark plugs. Thank you! Kathy

Crank shaft position sensor was replaced a few weeks and so far, so good.

'97 Ford Expedition XLT: Every now & then the door lock(s) go "nuts", it seems they are trying to "cycle", the knobs don't go up nor down but a "cycling" sound occurs in one or more of the door locks. Recently, all doors were doing it and I couldn't' manually unlock any of them. After a while, it stops and everything is OK. 3 Answers

the drivers side window on my 2007 hylander goes up and then comes back down 1/3 of the way. 2 Answers

I hit a dear and they had to replace the window. When I picked it up it started doing the above. I took it back and they replaced the control module. It still closed and then opens a 1/3rd of the way....

My dash board is going haywire? The guages will be fine one minute and then i will get a series of several dings my odometer goes out reading error and all my guages go down to nothing? 1 Answer

They will go all the way back up, this started a couple of days ago and sometimes it will not do it at all and other times it might do it 5 times in 15 minutes. I have no clue what to do?
