Just changed battery on a merc-benz c320. now the power roof will not retract and the drivers side window will not go up on its own. all fuses seem ok. What else could it be

there are relays. how they would come into great peril remains to be seen...going to have to pull up your wiring diagram if we are to take this any further...you should have this in your owner's manual....look for a common ground bus....speaking of which did you "maintain" the ground connection to the chassis with a coarse wirebrush to establish a 300 Cold Cranking Amps capability....what I'm insinuating here is that the ground ain't gettin' through properly...guessing that despite a NEW battery that the Amperage just cannot get through the corroded connection at the chassis ground....pull that other end of the 1/0 battery cable off there (the black one) and wirebrush it and the spot what is connected to....get with the good power...then complain of inoperation~
