I have a 1999 chrysler 300 blower fan will not turn off while driving the car

as some cars they run very low always maby, or the resistor usally under hood on firewall has resistor coil wire touching another coil wire usally 1 inch x 2 inch with a black 4 prong plastic connector plugged in it firewall near blower asbly. on firewall under hood , just guessing
