Question type: Car Customization

2007 Renault Clio 1.2 16v Dynamique S Turbo. Where I live the road surface can be very rough. I have managed to bend an alloy beyond repair and blown to tyres since February 2012. I am currently running the standard 195/50 R16 88V XL tyres. I am thinking about getting 195/55 R16 91V XL's to try to prevent this damage to continue. Wil they fit? By the way, I'm not running cheap tyres, I use Continental SportContact2's. I've done some research on potential tyres for increase in profile and the best option is the Toyo T1-R.

I would call the dealer and ask for the service dept or some kind of rim and tire dealer and ask if thoes rims and tires will fit, they should be able to tell you. Just make sure the rims your getting are stronger than the stock ones especially if they bend or crack.

It's the tyres I'm changing, I'm sticking with the stock rims
