Not sure about the fastest, but there is a guy in England with an old vauxhall victor called "red victor 1" that puts out 2100 bhp. Certainly 1 of the craziest. It is street legal, here is a link for youtube, showing it doing a 1/4 mile in 8 seconds @ over 180mph. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBwK9Lbfx5Q and also http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yXtC1vDDghM&feature=related 7.55 @ 192mph.
