That would be cars that are about two decades old. Hyundai is probably the leading seller and they would likely have low miles, because they are in the repair shop for SO long.... There are some pretty nice cars in that group, like Toyota and Honda Sedans around the year 2000. Reliable SUVs & Minivans are probably sold out by now.
