Can’t get passed pg on website to access used cars

I signed in and clicked buy for used cars A pop up asked for my postal code
but there’s no window to type in postal code only the window to type in what
kind of car I’m looking for . I can’t access site. Where do I enter my postal
code which I’m being asked to do?
