period of time on car gurus

I have seen cars are on car gurus a certain amount of time, but have changed
seller or dealership how does this happen?

With the demand and price increase of vehicles , the sellers might be flipping them, or you are selling stock photo;s of certain vehicles? I had friend sell his vehicle privately two weeks ago to a used car dealer, it's probably listed here again through them for $4K more.
