why didn't I get a deal rating? what did I pay an extra $19.99 for?

If your vehicle is very old or unusual the site has nothing to compare your price with because nobody else is selling a vehicle like yours. If that's the case contact cargurus customer service at user_support@cargurus.com and ask for a refund! Hope that helps! Jim
