Question type: General

Why wont my pictures upload? It's just a white box when it's done. The pictures
are only 7mb and are .jpg file. What gives?   Also, when I edit my listing and
click save it reverts back to the wrong details. Why won't is save my updated
info?

I’m having the same problem. Would love some clarity. I tried from phone and iPad. I hate paying to list my car and not being able to post pics!

Same damn thing for me. They're JPEG and each individual photo is well under 10MB. I've tried multiple times. No idea why it won't work. This happened with AutoTrader too and I got my money back because of it.

Same here. I keep getting an error message Content-Type not allowed: uploadedPicture.pictureFile "1297A8D4-B62D-4B41-9938- 5A19487BEBAD.heic" "upload_891e9a1c_ea09_466e_8b0b_f556f86bca1e_00051686.tmp" image/heic

Same here they should know that these new phones take high quality photos and 10MB won't cut it

Same problem. Has anyone figured out why or actually heard from the company?

same here, loads about 8 photos then will load a bunch more but they don't save. I noticed when loaded instead of the sequential number next to the photo loaded ends up being duplicated 2-3 times so instead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.... it is 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 4, 5, 5, 5, 6, 6, 6 and so on. Hard to sell a vehicle without proper photos from every angle

Same thing is happening to me as CHADETROIT. Not only do all of my pics not upload at the same time, they are in a horrible random order. The two "instructions" state on the pic uploader box "Once you have multiple photos, drag and drop to change the order." I tried this with my desktop computer with two different browsers, the screen just hangs and you have to REFRESH the page. I also tried it on two different browsers on my iphone, this time the instructions state "once you have multiple photos, tap to select, then tap again on your desired position to change the order". This DOESN'T work either, some of the pics get highlighted randomly, and they will not reorder. So I finally downloaded the CARGURUS app, it says the same thing as the mobile phone browser version. It also randomly highlights pics, but only moved a few of them to another undesired order. What a headache and extreme hassle.

Having the same problem here. Changed all my "HEIC" format photos to JPG, all under 10mb, and just uploading as a white blank box but a couple randomly were uploaded but don't show. Very strange...

The company puts no energy into tech or customer service. They just don't care. They only put energy into their relationships with dealerships.

Consider yourselves lucky that your images did not upload. My image somehow uploaded and now the messages tab won’t load…

Not working for me either. Can't upload and when it finally did, couldn't reorder. Then couldn't delete.

For all those having this issue, this is what I figured out you have to do: For some reason it craps out when you try to upload multiple pictures at a time. Not sure if this is due to the collective size of the attached pictures or some other technical issue. But, if you upload one picture at a time, they will save correctly. Click "upload", select pic, then save. Repeat. Takes a couple more minutes to do, but not too bad. It will then save as 1,2,3,4....etc, and not 1,2,3,3,3,4,4,4,5,5,5..... Hope this helps anyone else that runs into this issue!

Yep to the above. I recently listed two vehicles and determined that I could successfully upload 3pics at a time. Wait then upload three more. Try 4 and it goes to crap!
