Ford fusion hybrid, do the parking lights ad well as all the red ligjts

I have a neighbor who is assigned parking stall is
right underneath my apartment and every other
night around 11:30 and then around 1:30 at around
5:30 his car alarm goes off and it takes them
forever to reset it

Call the police! Your neighbor is creating a disturbance! I'm sure you're not the only one who's being annoyed by it! They need to adjust the sensitivity of the alarm system! Hope that helps! Jim
