Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

If I traded my car to someone but we have not
filled out any papers can I get it back? He is in
possession of it but it is not legally his yet....
please help

That is between you and him. He has the car which is 9/10's of the law and I assume you have his. He has no obligation to give you back the car.
