messaging private sellers

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I have 2 accounts with cargurs.  One personal account and one for my
dealership.  I am trying to message private parties and I am blocked.  I should
delete by personal account?  Please help me get this fixed.  Thank You.  Mike
