How can we force the dealer to the title to a car we purchSed

We bought a car from Klasse Cars  in Costa Mesa. Ca
We can not get the dealer to send us the title.
The car is paid for and in our possession but we cant register it without the title
Any help is appreciated

The title will come from the DMV. Check with the California DMV office. The dealer should have taken care of all the DMV paperwork. If not complain to the DMV.

I am an out of state buyer, the dealer had the title in his possession and sent me copies before I bought it. I am confused about the statement that the title will come from DMV. I tried to call the DamB They are closed
