How can I open gas tank I have full tank but car
stopped working help

Don't "open" the tank. They are not typically the source of problems for a car anyway. Do some diagnostic work first and narrow things down to the probable cause. You don't tell us the make, model and tear of the vehicle so specifics are kind of hard for a diagnosis but some things are always needed to keep a car running - air, fuel, and spark. First, if the car has a diagnostic port, have the trouble codes read and start from there.
