How much would it be to rebuild a 1973 mopar
magnum engine, and also what the difference from
for the 440magnum if it's from a highway patrol
car.

A rebuild cost would depend on exactly what you choose to do and what is wrong with the engine. A proper rebuild (from a reputable shop) without upgrades might cost around $5,000. Shop around, find a Mopar specialist and don't take the cheapest price you find!
