Buying a car from out of state

I am seriously considering buying a car from
Nevada and I live in California. Do you do all the
transfer and licensing from Nevada  to California?

Don't buy a 49 state car and try to register in Kalifornia. If it has 50 states emissions it is OK but make sure it passes smog inspection before buying it.
