At Kelley Blue Book (KBB) dealer price on new or used cars is the starting price a dealer would ask for his vehicle. Be careful at a dealership when buying a new car, in that stack of papers you sign, you will mistakenly direct the rebates to the dealer, meant for you. There's other tricks too. Read them all. If you don't like what you see, drop the pen and walk.
