My mechanic just told me my 2007 a4 audi has
broken time belt and broken crankshaft.
What do I do now?
He's saying I need an egine.
Is there any other way?

Assuming mechanic is correct, you will either have to replace the engine or rebuild the engine. A remanufactured engine is usually the most cost effective way to go that gives you some protection via a warranty. A used motor from a donor vehicle can be a real crap shoot.
