Not sure that engine would actually fit in the engine compartment. The problem is there is a large amount of work required when you replace a different size engine in a vehicle. Motor mounts, exhaust system, transmission, emissions, gauges, wiring, etc. All of this needs to be figured out. If you are paying a garage to figure all this out, it will be a very expensive endeavor. In this case, you would need to manufacture engine and transmission mounts and everything else. I would not recommend it unless you you have a fantastic master mechanic and 10 - 15 K
I doubt it would fit. I would use a 289 or 302 which are narrower.
