when is the next model year for the Audi rs4

Asked by Edward1 Feb 06, 2009 at 08:04 AM about the Audi RS 4

Question type: General

Audi stopped producing the rs4 in 2008, when do you think they will produce the next version? Any rumours on what will be in the new model? Any pictures you've seen.

I think they are going to begin production in 2012 of an avant version but I've read that there won't be 4 door sedan AND that the avant won't be produced in the U.S. market. To bad, as the RS4 is an amazing car.

Apparently the RS5 is the planned long term replacement for the RS4 (sedan) as Audi see it as a natural competitor to the M3 (being a coupe and not a sedan, although a 4 door M3 is available), so there is apparently no plan for a new RS4 in 4 door version.
