Will a mechanic be able to fix this (for good)?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello. I drive a 2005 Honda Accord Coupe. My LCD screen flicks or stays on when
cars locked and off. Sometimes when I go to my car after work or in the morning the
LCD clock and or light will be on. The last 3 days it was on every time and it seemed
harder and harder to start my car. Today my car would not start at all. I turn the key
and there's 1 faint click. The lights and radio come on if I don't turn the key all the way.
Also, my passenger window is screwed up. It will make the sound like a passenger
clicked the window roll down button when no one clicked it. When I hear it, I can no
longer roll down that window. It will click again in a few minutes allowing me to roll it up
or down. Is that problem causing the overall problem that caused my car to die? (If
not, what is?)

You have a parasitic electrical drain on the battery, which is draining it enough to prevent the car from starting. It might be the LCD screen and cabin light staying on, or the window regulator draining the battery, or both. The screen and cabin light might be a sign of a bad door switch. The window is probably a bad regulator. I'd look into troubleshooting those and replacing if necessary.
