If I understand the question, there is a button to the left of the steering wheel down below the dashboard that controls the brightness of the gauges. When that is pressed all the way (to maximum brightness) the dome lights come on. Back it off one notch and the lights go off.

No that’s not working. Back hatch keeps saying ajar Buy is closed
