Purchase from a private seller

Ive been pre qualified from westlake financial for a
car on here but i noticed its a private seller. On the
ad it say buy securely with cargurus pay. How can i
buy the car? What to do to get the money to him.

Lots of scam artists out there selling a picture of a car they stole off the internet
