E320 -1997 - 106K miles: Is it time to replace all the belts? what kind of maintenance need to be work on?

Spark plugs, wires, hoses, belt, service the coolant system, check replace the air filter, ect..

Don't forget the cabin air filter(s) if your car has one. This is an easily overlooked item. If they have not been changed for a long time - you will be surprised at the increase in air flow and efficiency of your AC system. For most - this is a DIY item rather than paying someone to do it.
