How many miles do the motors in these LTs go on for ...150,000, 200,000 ?

There's no clue as to what engine you are asking about. Some do a little better than others, but all do their best with meticulous maintenance, no abuse. And don't forget to take care of the transmission.

LT same as F150 5.4 read up on them. Some years have inherent design troubles.
