1999 chevy silverado 1500 4.8 l

Hi everyone I need a little help solving air conditioning problem my condenser
have a leak so I replace the condenser I recharged my air conditioning system
to the correct charge however I cannot get the compressor to engage I have
bypassed both high and low pressure switches while the vehicle is running I've
checked clutch for power there is no power I checked relay for power and there
is power there I have bypassed relay still no power to the clutch I'm stumped a
little help would be nice
