Either bad connections. Pull them out, and spray them with contact cleaner or WD-40. Or it also may be a bad switch. Do all the other lights come on when you turn on the low beam lights? If so, it just may not be a switch, rather a poor connection. If the connections are the plug in type, take one of your wives' old emery boards for fingernails, cut it in half up the middle and run it a couple of times into the plug openings to clear out the glaze. Respray it with the cleaner, no oil based stuff and reconnect. If you can, or have it done, test to see if you have power to the plugs. If no power coming in, work backwards until you find the problem. Broken wire, poor connections, or even a bad ground connection.
