my #1 coil shorted out,found water in the spark plug bore,not the cylinder,just the bore??

Can't find the source of the water,rusty so been in there for a while? never had
to add coolant,# 2 bore also had signs of rusty water as well, both plugs show
no signs of water or coolant in the cylinders

Pressure test cooling system and see if it is coolant. Is it water from hitting a puddle? Do you have a bypass hose in the area that could leak into your plug wells?
