Where is the neutral safety switch located on 2006 Ram 1500 V6?

Suspect the neutral switch is pooped. But can't find it.
Under the steering column? In the trans?

Its on the left side of the transmission just above the pan.

Could be in there on the later transmissions, yes. The earlier ones have a hex shaped switch with two terminals on them.
