Check fuel pump pressure. If that's not it, check for tune-up. If that stiil not it, my Dodge Ram 1500 had a problem with the ceramics in the catalytic converter broke up into peices and plugged the exaust port, causing the same problem.

with your check engine light flashing at you, im not sure what it could be, mine did that when i got water into the motor, but with the other problems your having it could be bad gas, provided you have the time and money, i would pull your tank, dump the gas out, (put it into something else just incase its good) but go buy new gas, if your still having problems, might need a new fuel pump, on my dodge the check light never flashed at me, but my truck wouldnt run for shit, and i changed my pump and fixed the problem, and if your CAT was plugging up your exhaust, the pipe wold get hotand just crack and fall off, atleast mine did

The Flashing CEL means there is an active missfire. I would assume the previous CEL's were also missfire codes, sounds like time for a tune up
